Vending Should Change as Fast as People Do
Traditional vending has a problem. Once the machine is installed, the product mix often barely changes.
Same drinks. Same snacks. Same coffee. Month after month.
That is not how people actually eat and drink anymore.
At OnDemand, we treat every location more like a constantly evolving retail environment.
We bring in seasonal products, test new categories, listen to requests and rotate the assortment based on what people are actually buying.
This fall, that includes products like La Colombe Pumpkin Spice, giving locations a seasonal coffee option people already recognize and look forward to.
We also recently launched hard boiled eggs with a salt and pepper packet, giving people another simple high protein fresh option that works for breakfast, lunch or a quick snack.
Those may sound like small changes, but that is exactly the point. A great food and beverage program should keep changing.
We Work Directly With Brands
One of the most exciting parts of what we are building is our ability to work directly with food and beverage brands.
That means OnDemand can test emerging products, introduce new items quickly and work with brands on exclusive or early launches before those products become widely available through traditional retail channels.
Instead of waiting for a national vending catalog to catch up, we can bring what is new directly into workplaces, residential buildings and other locations.
It also gives brands a unique way to reach people in the places where they spend time every day.
Every Location Is Different
A residential building may want more late night snacks and beverages. A fitness facility may lean heavily into protein and hydration. An office may want breakfast, fresh food, premium coffee and an expanded pantry.
We build around that.
People can request products. We track what sells. We remove what does not. We continually bring in new options.
The goal is not to create the perfect vending machine once.
The goal is to keep making it better.
Coffee Should Evolve Too
The same thinking applies to coffee.
OnDemand works with leading craft roasters and brings seasonal offerings into the program rather than serving the exact same coffee every day of the year.
Better coffee does not have to mean a more expensive coffee program either. Through our relationships and purchasing model, we can often improve quality while lowering the overall cost compared with traditional office coffee providers.
This Is What Modern On Site Food and Beverage Looks Like
Smart grab and go technology is only part of the equation.
The bigger difference is what happens after the equipment is installed.
Seasonal products. Fresh options. Better for you choices. Emerging brands. Direct brand partnerships. Exclusive launches. Customer requests. Constant rotation.
That is how OnDemand is building vending, coffee and pantry programs around the people actually using them.
The machine should not look the same six months from now. Neither should the products inside it.
